A name or place entered into a search tool is sent to the independent provider operating that tool. We do not keep or log those query terms on our own systems.
Messages
Messages sent through an email address or contact form may be retained so we can reply. They are not shared outside our organization unless a legal requirement calls for disclosure.
Technical information
When a browser loads a page, ordinary server and analytics records may collect technical details such as the following.
